Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the products, no refunds or returns can be made at this time.

We are unable to make adjustments if a discount code is not applied or refund if you didn't understand the product you purchased was a digital product.

Please understand that ALL of the products in this shop are digital products. Nothing will be shipped.

We have done our due diligence to label this information all through out the site so that no one can miss it.

Here's an example of a few of the places we insert the information:

Right as you click on the site, on every page, it is stated purposefully.

Shows on every ad - within each ad, you'll see terminology like PDF, printables, or digital product at least once:

At the bottom of each ad states, "Instant digital download (nothing will be shipped)" very clearly:

Upon going to checkout, you'll see it stated here in your cart:

Within checkout, as you are entering in your billing information, you will see:

Within checkout, we also have links to our refund policy and terms of service:

Through out the whole buying process, we've made it absolutely clear this is a digital product. If you have missed the information, we are very sorry, however there are no refunds.

By placing an order in this store, you agree to these terms in full.

Note: Our refunds policy is very clear, all buyers who create a Paypal/bank/credit card dispute for any other reason than legitimate fraudulent activity/processing error (not due to a customer error), will forfeit all rights to purchase (or acquire anything for free) in this store for life, will be blocked from being able to visit our blog and any other websites we own, and will be persecuted by the full extent of the law for damages, personal and business loss, time lost, and other applicable losses incurred.

We've seen a popular scam happening where a scammer will claim that they didn't make a purchase in the shop, to get out of having paid for an item and therefore request a refund. The flow of events usually happens like this: person gets on the newsletter, gets an item free, then uses a discount code and makes a purchase in addition to the free product. Money comes from their bank, and then they follow up with one or more free items in our store after that.

After working in banking for 10 years, criminals don't order printables, first. Second, criminals don't use discount codes, criminals don't get on newsletter lists to save money while they are using your banking information. This does not happen. If you are trying to scam us, we will take great measures to protect ourselves from your fraudulent activity and legal action will ensue as described above. Records on Shopify show the entire flow of which a customer orders and all information such as IP addresses and other personal information used during any of this time to protect shops from such scams. We will use all this information to prove our case in legal proceedings.

Our standard procedure is that we block such criminals from ever being able to purchase from us again, on all platforms, we remove you from our mailing list, and we block you from ever being able to access the Sarah Titus blog again. We take crime (trying to get out of paying for something you purchased) very seriously.

We are a small shop, but an honest one, and we require that same honesty from our customers as well. Thank you for understanding.
