Do you ship physical products?

No. All items are digital downloads—nothing is mailed.

How do I receive my files after purchase?

Right after checkout, you’ll see a pink download button on the order confirmation page, and you'll receive an email with your download link.

I didn’t get the email—what now?

Check your promotions/spam folders, then search your inbox for my shop name: Sarah Titus. Still can’t find it? Contact us with your order # and we’ll resend.

Can I check out without creating an account?

Yes, guest checkout works. Creating an account just stores your downloads in one place.

Printing & Paper

What paper size are the files?

Most products are US Letter (8.5×11"), however some older printables and older wall arts are 8"x10". As appropriate, both sizes will print out perfectly for you.

What settings should I use to print?

Choose "Actual size" (or 100%), "Best quality", and select the correct paper type. If your printer crops, use Fit to page.

What paper do you recommend?

You don't need a particular type of paper. Whatever copy/printer paper you already have on hand will work. For reusable pages, consider laminating or use a dry-erase pouch.

Why do colors look different from my screen?

Home printers vary from printer to printer. Try plain white paper and be sure your printer isn’t set to “draft.”

File Types & Tech Help

What file types do I get?

Primarily PDF (300 dpi). Some items include JPG, PNG, etc. Each product will specify what type of file you receive in the product description if it's different than the standard PDF (300 dpi).

How do I open a PDF?

Use the free Adobe Acrobat Reader (desktop or mobile).

Can I download on my phone or tablet?

Yes! Simply tap the link and save to your "Files" app (iOS) or "Downloads" (Android) before opening.

Licensing & Use

Can I use these in my classroom or church?

Yes! Simply choose the Teacher/Church license on the product page for group use.

What’s the difference between Personal and Teacher/Church?

Personal = for one household. Teacher/Church = for one educator/ministry to print for their class or congregation. 

Can I share the files with another teacher or church?

Please share the product link, not the files. Each license is for one household or one educator/ministry.

Can I sell printed copies or include them in a product I sell?

No—resale or redistribution is not permitted. 

Can I edit the files?

PDFs aren’t editable unless the product specifies it is editable. Here's an example of an editable product. It says "Editable" in the title.

Orders, Pricing & Policies

Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?

Because files are delivered instantly, all sales are final. 

Do you run sales or offer bundles?

Yes! We usually run a monthly sale, which you can see at the top of the website in the black bar, above the logo. You can also check this page for current deals. 

Do you charge tax/VAT?

If applicable, taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Can I stack coupon codes?

The system doesn't allow for stacking of codes, but if you have more than one code, you can place a separate order and use one coupon code per order. 

Access & Account

Where can I find past purchases?

Create/login to your account with the same email used at checkout; your downloads will be there. Need help? Message us with your order #.

Can I gift a download?

We don't allow multiple computers to download one item, but if it's a gift for someone else, you can make the purchase and just send them the download link without opening the download link yourself. That way only one person is getting the download.

Use the contact form here or reply to your order email. Include your order # and a brief description of the issue.
