I found Sarah's Fitness Planner has good pages for keeping track of my fitness goals. Great colours and theme is an added extra. I like that it is editable to put in my own details as needed.
I've been working out for years and used to carry a workout book. It was limited to the exercises, sets, reps, etc. But this binder is a great way to keep all your records in one spot. Measuring yourself before you start is a great way to see your results and stay on track. It comes with a 30-day challenge and a personal workout plan. This fitness planner has sheets to track your workouts, and set goals and rewards for pounds lost, too. The 30-day fitness challenge has just 3 exercises each day of increasing number to gradually build fitness. I would love to see it include some motivational quotes and some fitness facts, such as Top Ten Fitness Tips. (Like drinking enough water will improve performance and weight loss, Or three 10 minute workouts are just as effective as 1 30 minute workout, so there is always some room in your schedule to get fit.
